 u75kg World Powerlifting Champion. Member 601, 3067 posts SQ 222.5, BP 177.5, DL 272.5672.5 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | Well my Ginger bonce is well and truly burnt to a f**king crisp!!! I thought it was a great comp with loads of stand out performances, max effort all over the place which is always great to see!! I told myself I wasnt gonna name names but Im gonna! Boar & James were my personal lifters of the day in the push/pull contest. Boar played the perfect game all day and James at 16 is just f**king petrifying!!! Was a pleasure loading for ALL you boys today, thoroughly enjoyed myself! | ||

Felt rather dizzy. 1st attempt 80kg/good lift Easy 2nd attempt 90kg/1 Bit of a wobble but PB 3rd attempt 95kg/Fail to clean so close on video PULL Warmed up to 160kg/2. Felt nice and fasy 190kg/1 Easy 210kg/1 PB Quite easy. 215kg/0 Got it moving but it drifted away from me and I had to bail STONES to 48" No warm up 110kg/1 120kg/1 135kg/1 PB Very happy with this 160kg/F Was hoping for a 150kg stone but none there. Not far off lapping it I think. KING ARTHUR CHALLENGE Straps, chalk and mixed grip. Got 38ish seconds I think. Fun challenge BENCH CHALLENGE Crap at bench so didnt expect much 87.5kg/5 reps failed the sixth PB LOL Great day out, helped by sunshine and masses of PBs. Good to have gra, millsy and gate in my car for some banter. Highlights of the day for me was karls 170 clean and jerk one motion and of course his stone. Alex curletto hiding round the corner and then magically appearing. Trav and shane for saving some dodgy overheads  And of course the owl for videoing. Ill try to get vids up later | ||
