 I took about £4 out of Sooty's bottom Member 685, 8719 posts SQ 225, BP 150, DL 290665.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | Fantastic day out! Jnr just failed to nail a family PB of 110k overhead then the little platform show pony managed a PB pull of 232.5k which was totally not on the cards from recent training. Karl was awesome and I being sat a few feet away from someone throwing 200k around has made me even more interested in oly lifting as a spectator. Alex turned up and delivered and it was a great bit of showmanship with him coming straight in at the 203k stone. Loads of other highlights, sorry for anyone I miss out as I was really impressed by everyone today. Boar nailing 140k overhead was epic. Vausie pulling 220k at sub 70k? Bryce having a good go at the 160k stone and jamie Oag nailing it. Gates helping Milsy get fired up looked like it could turn into a proper fight  Niall refusing to hitch deads  Hixy eating carbs and only failing the 203k stone due to tacky malfunction IMO. Joni's sword in the stone ( winning?)inpromptu performance after some cool dude lent him belt and straps. Loads more which escape me right now but it really was a great little comp.I cant say I want to do next year because I enjoyed watching it so much today! Hit a massive PB myself by nailing 5 of Mr Cleggs lovely and reasonably priced bacon butties. It's nice when you can go somewhere and not have your f**king eyes taken out for food and drink! Big thanks to Fanny and Owly for taking us down and being great company as ever. | ||

Its all about the PB's and happily they were flying left, right and centre for everyone. My lower back is ruined now and my hand a right mess but I was glad to be part of it all again and will be back for more next time. | ||
