 knock knock !! who's there ?? OLD SCHOOL SUGDEN Member 212, 11439 posts SQ 325, BP 212.5, DL 370907.5 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Just to clear up about Mark Felix .. He was going to do the comp 100% ... He now has an international Strongman competition abroad so unfortunately cannot compete nor present awards .. Shame but not an issue . Onwards We have athletes and well have a smashing comp . | ||

That wouldn't happen as such because of the slip hazzard more than anything I think... At least as things are now anyway Organisers will do anything to prevent injuries and it's confirmed side handed deadlifts are the best way to achieve this But If it rained at the outdoor weightlifting comp we did then we would have just had to persevere | ||

I'm too old and too cautious to just turn up and try and lift stuff without any training. Been 18 months since I've done any heavy lifting, and I'm happy with that.
