Teabagger for hire Member 54, 237 posts | For future PL events, it appears that, if we put uneqiupped in the title and run two score sheets it is possible to put up an official total and qualifyer. This will be the pan for future comps. I would like to thank all of the people who helped on Sunday, including the loaders and the lifters. After all this talk of fear of competition it was great to see first-time lifers performing with real passion and commitment. I hope to see you all at the training session one the 22nd of june. This should also be at Rhino's.

slightly smaller bat Member 15, 304 posts SQ 135, BP 70, DL 147.5352.5 kgs @ 63kgs Eq | thanks guys - I am still buzzing from my experience and motivated to train harder than ever. Incidentally I had a bench session today (I have an amazing recovery rate) and widened my grip and 50k was shooting up for 5 paused reps easy so maybe 55k paused is closer than I thought I am very interested in coming to the training session at Rhino's... I never get to train with powerlifters so input on form etc is really valuable

That's fantastic news, Jim! I want to repeat what I said to you and Bryn on the day: this was by far the smoothest, best-run and most fun comp I've been to. I'm sure they'll only get better too!

Sorry, I don't quite understand this - do you mean that future competitions will have equipped and unequipped categories? If so, does that mean that NW Equipped and Unequipped will no longer be separate competitions? Or do you mean something else entirely?

Teabagger for hire Member 54, 237 posts | We will still have a NW unequipped and a seperate NW champs, but any other comps. we will include both in the title so that any unequipped lifts are official.
