The way I see it, bench only, full meet, your off your arse and doing something. Your setting goals and using iron to better yourself. Anyone that does that has my respect. No shame Happy

Snatch 50,3,3,3 70,1 80,1 90,1x5 95,1 all over the place. Rooms too small. No line of sight. My story, I'm sticking to it.
DL 10,3 140,3 160,1 180,1 left them. Got a spasm where I should have a kidney. 'My gaping hole is causing me distress' Think I know what this is. Not a biggie.
Snatch DL 100,3 120,3 left them. Not the best idea with virgin hands and no straps. At least they don't make my hole sting.
Frontees 50,3 100,3 120,1 140,1 150,1 160,1 Again my hole was fine, but the last one left my bullet feeling more like a shot gun blast than an entry wound.

I may ave a look to see if Convoy is on Netflix. I've not seen it in years and it reminds me of good times. Although Ali McGraw is hot in it I suspect that she's 'hairy'.

I've made the the decision to back right off on bench for a few weeks. I'll progress futher quicker for having a rest and letting things heal than keep push and making this slight injury a big one.

wounded because I love bench. Squats feeling really strong though. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise and I can pour more effort into squats.

Aaron I think everyone on the forum is giving your routine a blast. I haven't seen so many people excited about training like this for a while... In the next 9-12 weeks there's gonna be some extra strong guys knocking around these parts. Be good if all us 90 - 100kg lifters could get together for a session.

The benches with 135 absolutely flew up. Easy is a understatement. I wish i could say the same for the squats. more of a grind. never really been terrible good at squat that's why it's getting so much of my focus atm
