Richard Minney was amazing today and won beating Jason Hogate into second and Kristapps was third . Amazing comp ,some epic and brave performances ,well done to everyone. Even those who nearly died !!! Thanks ti Will and Dad for scoring and JT and all the spotters and big thanks to Bish for reffing. Minney was top draw today and Holgate was just as good . Kristapps is up there with Valdas as a mini beast . Valdas is injured by the way . Thanks for all the athletes for going balls to the wall ,the crowd loved it !!!! | ||

 Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22056 posts | Great comp to be a part of! I was always going to be at the lower end of the table, but I felt I performed solidly and didn't look out of place. 5 reps on the 160 front squat. Pulled the 250 opener, but it hurt my back, so I stopped there. 120 log. Really should have got the 125. 13ish metres on the arm over arm. Failed the evil stone. Wasn't alone. 10th out of 11 overall. Happy to have qualified disappointed i lost my 2nd spot goin into stones. 2reps was all i needed! After a week ill though and losing 4kgs in weight and being sick wen picking up stone was not good i aint doing a Jon Ruggard loland leg injury just pleased to have pulled it out to qualify. Top 3 were awesome such a good battle from every1! Congrats to Dick my training partner on 1st. | ||
