Terribly weak event for me that I have a real mental block about. I'll give everything else 100% though. This is going to be a great comp to be a part of. So excited!  | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22056 posts | Just been in the gym for the first time in AGES. If this comp was next week I wouldn't do very well, but I'll be strong on the day. In my current untrained state I can rep the front squat weight, so I'm happy about that. Log technique is absolutely diabolical | ||
