Nothing special, just set up Youtube account etc and seeing if I can get you some vids on, this is me being s**t at farmers.

Tonights training - 23rd December 2009

Light Power Cleans - (For Explosive Power & Technique)

5 x 5 @ 80kg

Deadlift:

60kg x 8 - Fast (No Belt)
100kg x 8 - Fast (No Belt)
140kg x 8 - Fast (No Belt)
160kg x 8 - Fast (No Belt)
180kg x 8 Moderate speed (No Belt)

200kg Yoke (For Speed)

5 x 25m (60 secs rest between each set)





For some reason it won't load the first bit on the yoke. Skip to about 2 secs on and it works.

5 x 20m Shuttle runs then load 110kg stone to 48" platform; then 120kg stone to 42" platform - 50 seconds

60 seconds rest

7 x 20m Shuttle runs then load 110kg stone to 48" platform; then 120kg stone to 42" platform - 61 seconds

60 seconds rest

10 x 20m Shuttle runs then load 110kg stone to 48" platform; then 120kg stone to 42" platform - see video

Leg Raises:
3 x 20

Supermans:
3 x 20

Planks:
3 x 70 secs

nice work Luke! I like the endurance stuff your doing, tough workout! I competed with you at strongman north comps. Cleggy, kev or joe hubble are the guys to show you olympic lifts at olympic gym. Nice bunch of lads with loadsa experience and modest with it too!

Hi Damo, been watching you to getting very strong. Yeah just thought I needed to work on that along with a couple of other little weaknesses as we are out of season at the moment. Will start on strength stuff again in New Year. Have a good one.

Axle Strict Press (Moderate weight working on power) :

1 x 8 @ 73kg
1 x 5 @ 88kg
1 x 5 @ 98kg
1 x 5 @ 103kg - 3 Strict/2 Push Press
1 x 5 @ 108kg

Log Press (One Motion) Technique :

1 x 3 @ 70kg
1 x 3 @ 80kg
1 x 3 @ 90kg
1 x 3 @ 95kg
1 x 3 @ 100kg

Farmers Walk (For Speed):

3 x 83kg For 50m Fats as Possible 90 seconds rest between sets

Axle Bar Grip:

1 x 83kg 30 seconds
1 x 93kg 30 seconds
1 x 103kg 30 seconds

Should have done some abs but couldn't really be arsed.



Forgot to put log on video above (what a dick)

Last set 1 x3 @ 100kg one movement
