Plenty of volume but kept things light because of my back, a couple of minor twinges but it held up well.
I've bought a belt, it should arrive soon, got a bargain off e-bay.

Lots of volume again but still relatively light, a real confidence booster tonight for my back.
Plenty of food and rest over the weekend then back to the regular routine on Monday.

I will do mate, back to my normal routine of Squats Monday, Bench Press Tuesday, Deads Thursday, OH Press Friday, although I am looking at squatting twice a week to bring it up.

Another twinge in my lower back when I started doing Hyper Extensions, quite painful now.

I had to check back through the journal but that's the first time I've doubled 150. I'll be happier when I get 160.
The back is very annoying, hopefully it will clear up soon.

First time using a proper PL belt for squatting and it made quite a difference, the way it supports my lower back has restored my confidence a bit and being able to push against it with my core is a big help.
The first 160 wasn't deep enough so I did it again, it felt good so I went for the 165. That's 10 kg more than my previous PB.
