I cant condone this 'getting wa**ered' in the build up to a comp john mate !!

and dont get me started on skipping the treadmill ! infact , you should be doing runs up them stairs at the gym !!!

some great liftin goin on tho mate !

Haha I know mate, not the best thing to do but its been cut down considerably now, a cheeky few on friday and thats me... although this saturday I will be having a few, going to watch my mate make his pro boxing debut so will have to have a drink after with him when he wins.

And running up the stairs Roll-Eyes I'd callapse before I get to the topGrin

No not long mate, got at least three more benching sessions so need to start packing the weight on if I want to break 200, im happy with things currently as long as I keep progressing at a decent pace i should hit all my targets

Thanks guys, was fairly comfortable with the weight today, there was more there but dont want to do too much too soon, want to save the big lifts for competition day Wink

Sounds sensible mate, your squats looked smooth and as you said more in the tank - save it for game day, gym lifts mean f**k all!
