Last reps paused. I felt quite uncontrolled today… these don’t move smoothly like the 55s… but the strength was there to reel them in. Next time will slow down the negatives and see if that helps improve control

Life got in the way yesterday so a joint legs and shoulder session.

The chest fly machine seems to have aggravated my surgically repaired left shoulder (back in 2021) so I dropped the weights today for shoulders.
