5 times a week training, eating and sleeping for training
being a slave to training and eating
training and eating is your life

f**k this
no real strenght for me

2-3 times a week, 45 minutes training, eat when you are hungry, this will keep your strenght for long
and keeps the natural test higher

I think you do know you're s**t!

Fixed the grammar for you.

On UK's Eddie Hall said double bodyweight squat was classed as "very strong".

Farmer strength is real btw. I knew an old guy called boaby who lifted me up like a wee baba in the pub. Pushed me overhead like a 4 year old it was amazing

Farmer strength is legit, Mark Westaby is another good example

Gotta agree with that. I'd class a 2x bw squat as very strong. Most folk probably struggle to squat bodyweight to depth.

Is double body weight strong? Am I missing a joke somewhere? I've in theory squatted that

These tables are a good guidance, it is all relative at the end of the day though.

'Tables for the basic barbell exercises are based on nearly 70 years of accumulated performance data and are not predicted or regression derived. These performance standards should not to be confused with strength norms.' Provided by Dr. Lon Kilgore, PhD

It is when you're Eddie Hall's weight! I'd say a 360kg squat is strong whatever you weigh. (Clearly he squats more, though)

its a small gym where I train at so never seen anyone squat over 4 plates.. Saw a big rugby lad come in do aeasy 250 double DL which was motivating to see.

I reckon that this question depends on the exposure to big lifts. Would be amazed to see anything over 220,180,260 in real life and not a competition or sugden lol

I'm at a new gym. Pure bodybuilding. I can count on my hand, the many times I have actually seen a squat or deadlift in the gym. I have been there since march.

Anyway the biggest bench was 180 for 3 by a really big fella. It is fair to say he only really pushes strength in the pressing movements.

In my old gym there was a guy who totalled 760 raw in a comp at u23. He was a very good presser. Think he hit 210 raw.
