Been taking creatine for years. Drink a lot of water which I see as a good things tbh. Definitely makes a difference in my strength, also i am about 5kg heavier when I take creatine. I often stop taking it for a week and lose 5kg within this time, always gain it quickly over a few days when restarting creatine supplementation again. By far the best supplement i have ever used and also the cheapest by a long shot | |||
