Do you consider yourself stronger than a weak casual?

By the comedy term 'weak casual' I was referring to casual fans of the sport, the ones which don't lift or train themselves. Whilst I think it's great the sport is getting more fans and exposure amongst the non lifting community a few of them make me facepalm.

A good example I spotted recently was an Ed Hall fan commenting on a video of Benni doing a 320x2 speed set - saying it was s**t and unimpressive because Eddie is throwing around 400kg for reps. All the while he's probably sat dow the pub.

EDIT: f**k this s**t

The comment section is an unfortunate place.

A mixture of both weak casuals and actual lifters posting f**king retarded comments

Joey is something very enjoyable.

Rods are everywhere

Harry is Joey Revans trying to put the pussy on the chainwax.

Loal I don't think wiege would be hard to understand at all, it's f**king scousers I struggle with.

Fwiw I would very much like to meet him IRL, same goes for a few on here.

Please let it be real,

You could even have a signature challenge meal, a super spicy scooby doo style tower burger called the 'Hot Rod'

It would cost £20 and no one would ever complete it as 90% of the meal would be in the fourth dimension and therefore unattainable.

They're OK lol

That would be some messed up combination, you'd have a love/hate relationship with everything!

» Private medical care (Go to post)30-03-2016 @ 10:38
Anyone experience with private care?

It's something I've considered. My local GP isn't all that good, appointments are hard to get, impossible to get referrals, doesn't really understand the whole weightlifting thing etc.

The thought of a comprehensive 2 hour head to toe assessment with blood/urine tests and a super fast turnaround appeals to me and you would obviously never get anything like that on the NHS.

I'm curious as to how much these things cost more so as a one off as opposed to paying into some sort of plan.

Also if you go private do you then have to pay for any medication or is that still available on NHS?

Does all the information from private medical stuff go onto your medical record? I have things I may wish to discuss in confidence that I don't want permanently recorded (non insulina related things).
