What would be your limits without peds if you had to guess?

i like your honesty about drugs

but what youre doing is very very dangerous
if mistime carbs
i know a few guys who finished in hospital after slin shots and got hypoglecimia because they didnt eat carbs or not enough carbs
its true high carb diet over 6000-7000 kcal has a high risk of making u diabetic but 50 ius a day!?
somethin went wrong, buddy

and at the end, even though i dont want to speculate, just personal thoughts
i think some pros are diabetic, even some who doesnt admit it

Hard to say. I can do 300/220/300 on a cruise dose of test. That is say 250mg every 10 days. That's roughly what a healthy 18 year old male makes naturally.

Oh yeah, for sure. I consume 1000-1500g carbs per day. Slow and fast ones. Slow carbs at bedtime to be safe. There are always carbs in me. I don't touch slin otherwise and carry sugary drinks on me aswell (just incase).

You are right with more than 15iu daily giving you puffy face and a thin film of water over your muscle.

Agreed. Lots of bodybuilders are diabetic. That's due to HGH ruining insulin sensitivity though, pure type 2 from abusing HGH without insulin. HGH and no slin is dangerous, any coach recommending that needs to go back to school.

Haha thanks mate.
I am not the best lifter in the UK just yet but definitely getting up there, I hope people enjoy reading it and seeing info on the supplements etc that are used to get to a high level in powerlifting. I think it's better that way than to try to make out I bench in the mid 500s from just 'hard training'.
And of course anyone who doesn't agree with peds doesn't have to read.

The honesty is very enjoyable! It also adds something more to this as most journals (mine included at times) just end up being a list of numbers which will bore even the most keen training enthusiast to tears imo. Definitely will be following this journal!

It allows me to hold 150kg bodyweight. Without insulin I can't get over 130kg. Even if I eat more without it I just s**t more and don't gain. And obviously I am a lot stronger at 150kg than 130kg. 360kg squat 250kg bench 350kg deadlift are the goals for this year in competition.

Insulin allows more water retention which is beneficial for strength. Brian Shaw puffy face for life !

Respect the honesty man.

Thanks mate. Back to where I was pre knee surgery and more but I still haven't bested my best bench from 2013.

Health wise I'm all good. BP, heart rate etc normalize when you have been heavy for a while (in my experience at least).

Previous forum banter aside at what age did you decide to start using and how far do you think you could have gone natty?
