Good journal mate. You are a great lifter. Maybe baby Shaw wouldn't beat you on wilks lol.

Absolute beast!

What's the heaviest Inch DB you've picked up one-handed?

Shaw is a monster strongman, my strength is in the gym on traditional exercises everyone does. Haha. To be honest i should be able to beat him at PL given that's my sport.

Wayne - 78kg. Traditional inch replica.

I have watched loads of your pressing videos, but never realised you had a great grip as well.

Grip is probably my strongest area, hopefully one day my lower back will be strong enough to show this on deads.

I am not competing again until November I don't reckon. Already qualified for the brits and enjoying taking less gear atm haha

Grip strength does appear to be something that some people have a natural aptitude for. Your answer is what I expected.

Great achievements Happy

To an extent. It can be improved very quickly with some direct training too, IME.
