You are right in regards immunity. I've attacked my body with years of alcohol abuse and in the past three years, with numerous cups of coffee at work every day. Things like NO-Xplode etc etc are a waste of money for me and I am afraid that I'll be drinking a four pack of Red Bull before sessions soon. Your advice sir... | ||
