I spend around 100 pound a week in aldi every week
and top up stuff like bread milk in the week about 20 quid
this is for 3 of us though in the house but 70% is my intake I would estimate
I LOVE ALDI lol

weve gone from edd hall to who has the biggest cock, sorry mean who eats the most
as allways, time, money, appetite, if u can be arsed and many other variables play a part in every1s diet. i personally rank nutrition as important at the training itself if not more so but i dont think its easy.
i can easily get through 10000 cals some days n still feel need for more, other days i can barely force 5000 down.
my main prob is big meals, after years of bodybuilding and dieting n small meals every 2 hours i still have days were i cant eat big portions. i recently have become reliant on a blender and making calorie dense, rich shakes full of quality ingredients.

Its amazing what difference food makes. If I can get in 5000+ cals a day I feel like I'm up near my best in the gym everytime. Its bloody hard work getting it all in tho

All those donuts must be helping you hit 5000+ now though lol
I struggle to get about 1500 to 2000 in me most days and im still a fat c**t lol Choc milk seems to help me get the energy in to train though
P.s I like Eddies tv persona very reminiscent of Glen, and gets the crwod fired up so its all good, I like the claims to be ''the best'' at anything tbh as like Terry says it gets people talking and excited about something, also means the lads who ''are the best'' step up and quash the claims of the other guys, all makes for good fun imo

Wife has her own business plus she works for another company aswell i work some evenings so we get by ok with young kids we dont get to go out on the piss much so always got a bit spare for some good food !
brocerslrd07/12/11 @ 18:55
I did a count of cals yesterday just for my own interest and got about 3500. Taking into account my cardio training this maybe why i seem to have quite big platue periods of training. Oh well

Have you ever heard of a mcgangbang, it's a chicken sandwich in a double cheeseburger. Just thought you'd be interested
