again i agree totally. were in this for ourselves and the love of the game. haters provide entertainment and laughable comments. the day any of us worried or took note of there spoutings would be the day to quit.

also asa sidepoint i think some people just dont do well in front or cameras and with microphones stuck in there face when there gasping for air after a brutal event.

Thats only really 4 meals a day the rest is shakes and cottage cheese/tablets etc... to grow to very large proportions this is imperetive !! it is 1.30 now and i have just my 4thfeed i will then eat snacks before 3.30 training come in have a feed after training then a large dinner at 9pm followed by rice pudding ice cream and a shake before bed .

6.30am eggs ham toast porridge bannana +shake
8.30am 2 ham and egg cobs
11.00am 3 toast beans and sausages
01.30pm rice and chichen(leftovers from lastnight)
pre train snacks. choc and shortbread .weightgainer shake
3.30 training
6.00pm shake jacket spud tuna cheese
9.00pm Big cooked dinner normally chicken spuds and veg (whatever the wife cooks)
dessert/ice cream/shake

if i didnt eat like that i would never be able to sustain size never mind increase in size or train hard enough !

i think pec tear, being 37, and generally not gifted in this game is much bigger reason Grin

Right, here we go again Grin

So far today:

750ml strawberry milk, 100gr oats, 50 gr whey, banana all blended up.
6 scotch pancakes and jam, 500ml whole milk
2 baguettes each with 250gr gammon and 75gr stilton and cranberry in. big bar of dairy milk. 500ml whole milk.
Tin of peaches.

Still to come:
500ml whole milk with 100gr oats, 50gr whey and a nana
Can of red bull
500ml whole milk with 50gr whey, 100gr maltodextrin/glucose mix.
Half a chicken with 500gr spuds and a bowl of mixed veggies, 500ml of milk.
500 ml tub of ice cream, punnet of blueberries
1000ml whole milk.

What do I win Grin

Chili made with 200 grams of beef, 100 grams of wholewheat paste, laods of veg

Meal replacement shake, with a pint of while milk, and an apple

Lamb chops, loads of buttery buttery mash, 3 mixed veggies covered in olive oil

Some awesome muesli, which is basically mixed nuts, whole milk

plus many grams of fish oil

Nice thread

Ed is a monster and shows in his comps

His diet is immense but very believable

I am nowhere near his size and strength and shoot for 8000 cals a day when training hard and works wonders for me anyway

Ursus Im the same if I didnt eat a minimum of 5-6000 I couldnt train the way I want

Aldi and the market. I probably spend 60-70 quid a week on average.
