Not what was planned tonight but i fancied some fun.
Got positioning wrong on the 330 so had to pull on it twice which made it harder than it should have been, but still got the PB. More deadlifts lined up for Saturday.

Fun session. Highlight was probably sack toss which i just jumped on at the end with no kit because someone else was doing it and I was much better than last month, go team! Got this event again in August so hopefully I'll be fairly decent by then.

Utterly exhausted today and should probably have cancelled the session but I was too excited about playing on my new log.
Thought I'd previously hit 150 for 3 on log, but my records suggest I've only ever doubled it so 141 may technically be a PB treble (I've done 140 x 5 so if it is a PB it's very cheap).

I'll be taking it very easy for the rest of the week and then prep starts on Sunday.
