 Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts | Thanks fella's! Had a day where nearly everything went to plan. That rarely happens!! Many thanks to Chris, Graham, Damo, Tony and everyone who helped run the show. Watched some great performances from all the competitors today. There was a lot of close events which is what spectators want to see and is always great for the lads competing! | ||

 Taleban says his views on women are extreme Member 639, 3518 posts SQ 10, BP 10, DL 1030.0 kgs @ 10kgs Eq | Nice 1 boys had a good day f**kd up my farmers but apart from that had a fantastic day Im going to be giving comps a miss for a while as my injuries are catching up with me and i need a rest so for know im training only ill update my log later with my results but for know i pulled 300, log 3 reps, yoke 350 15 secs, farmers were f**kd dtopped em n managed 16 secs, 2 reps with 160 stone to 55" ! Good day but personally my performance of the day goes to james wilmott super impressed really well done there | ||

 Still mostly bodybuilding Member 501, 10465 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 250620.0 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq | Finally got to sit down - albeit knackered and sunburnt. Some outstanding performances today and after speaking to everyone throughout the day it seems everyone set PBs on most events. It was a strong field of competitors and you could tell that everyone gave it 110% balls out. Congratulations to Mick on the win - awesome all round peformance. Great to meet some new faces and for me a stand out performer was James Wilmot who has to be one of the most modest and grounded people ive met. Massive thanks to everyone who helped make the day run smoothly - without the help of all the loaders, refs, time keepers etc it wouldnt have been the same comp. | ||

I was happy with today. 1.deadlift 310 easy,I had another 20kg at least. 2.log 5 reps won this. 3.yoke 350kg 18secs no drops,happy considering only done 280. 4.farmers 13.1 secs. 5.stones 160 x2 in 15 secs span the 3rd on the bar if I had this would have had 3rd. All in all really happy considering I did the qauls for esm mids on Monday. Great effort lads Wayne smith. | ||
