 Still mostly bodybuilding Member 501, 10465 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 250620.0 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq | Been on the road since 7am this morning driving up and down the northwest collecting equipment etc for tommorow. f**king knackered therefore not been online today. In response to a couple of posts: Ive got a beach towel in the van for drying farmers & yoke between runs but im keeping everything crossed that we wont need it and the sun will shine. The tennis courts is near the boating lake which has a kiosk selling ice creams etc which is alse equal distance to the cafe which has an ice cream kiosk. Ive spoken to the park today and the closest toilets are either the cafe or the sports centre. I know the cafe is a stone throw away but cannot remember the distance to the centre. Isnt far though. Spectators is free but the only thing i ask is if you could dig deep and make a contribution to the Trinity Hospice charity buckets to raise money for cancer treatment and pain management. There is parking all around the park and theres also various car parks within the park. Each entrance is pretty much the same distance to the tennis courts. As a reminder to all competitors - please be there for 10.30am for a 11am briefing and aiming for a an 11.30am start. Hope that covers everything. | ||

Iphone weather shows a sunshine for todays so fingers crossed it stays dry. Ill be setting off to the park in about 30 mins so wont be online until after the comp. See you all there. | ||
