I've never really paid much attention to it, but over the last few months I appear to have really tightened up, pretty much everywhere. I've suffered lower back issues in the past which I got rid of by stretching off my hamstrings on a regular basis. Now, there's rarely a day goes by when something isn't giving me some degree of s**t, gonna have to try doing something soon before I need my missus to put my socks on. | ||
