Just wondering how important you view your flexibility. I've never really paid much attention to it, but over the last few months I appear to have really tightened up, pretty much everywhere. I've suffered lower back issues in the past which I got rid of by stretching off my hamstrings on a regular basis. Now, there's rarely a day goes by when something isn't giving me some degree of s**t, gonna have to try doing something soon before I need my missus to put my socks on.

I do stretching 3-4 times a week, enough to keep me loose for Squats, Benches and stuff.

I do some stretching, foam rolling, re/pre-hab stuff most days... my flexibility is still pretty poor but it enables me to keep lifting.
