That's what I was thinking, tried stretching and rolling what i could (not easy there, but got a hard ball and rolled around against the wall) but doesn't seem to have made a difference.

120kg tackyless stone sounds horrible to end with :P
at the end of a comp, especially novice/beginner where you want people doing as well as possible, surely you'd want tacky so that everyone gets a couple of reps at least.
Beats getting no reps and f**ked forearms for nothing :P

For the last week or so I've been unable to press with my right arm. Pain seems to come from the lower part of front delt.

I've had RC injuries before and this doesn't feel anything the same.

If I hold my arm out infront of me, palm down and rotate clockwise I can feel pain in the front delt as it goes over my arm. anti clockwise causes no pain at all.

Any ideas?

Given how brutally static strongman has become it's easy to see some appeal for him.


What did he do at arnolds though? Can't remember it being that involving for him.

If I didn't get the 3rd on the middle set without a decent reason then i'd drop the weight on the 3rd set as its clearly too heavy.

Redo the week before and see if its still good, then go up half of what you did Happy
