Monday-
Bench Press
175kg x 1
150kg x 3
140kg x 6

bit of this and that , you know chest day incline decline ... i can`t f**kin remember

Tuesday
Deadlift
275kg x 1
220kg x 5

same as above

Wednesday
Clean and Press
110kg x 1
80 x 10

coaching at the school, kid commented that when my brother trains them he sometimes trains with them and he`s really really strong and that he benched 90kg for 3 so cold i did 100kg for 12 and 140kg for 5 .. the kid then says yeah but you weigh loads and are really old .. cheaky little bas***d ..........

2 Pint-o-Strongbow then straight to work missing the Man U game ..

Training in Ten Mins..

Aims for session 255kg Back Squat single 220kg for maybe triple but afterwards

And i better do some form of two hands anyhow ..

Just been down to the Dungeon WL Club pulled out the 9 Inch rusty nail that was pinning my RETIRED weightlifting boots to the wall(I said i was never doing this s**t again..

P.S don`t be a lazy f**ker ..
