Not enough weights in gym for 700 today so went for a big pull from 11 inches.

Yes they do quit all the time....you can take advantage of it over the years. A bit of bench a bit of deadlift?


I have little spare time currently would rather do what i prefer and enjoy.

Been ill the past 10 days which has kept out of the gym, frustrating as my pulling was going well very well. Seem to have recovered now went in today to crack on.

did some close grip bench today, extra wide bar which really challenged stability:
