Yes they do quit all the time....you can take advantage of it over the years. A bit of bench a bit of deadlift?

Been ill the past 10 days which has kept out of the gym, frustrating as my pulling was going well very well. Seem to have recovered now went in today to crack on.

ridiculous sorenees in legs, i really should start squatting again to aleviate the likelihood of a return of this traumatic level!!!
