Member 4760, 203 posts | Give Z back a few years and let Hall and him train for static strength (dead, squat, bench) and I'd say Z wins it. I agree with drex on the log press/bench comparison. Anyone that can overhead a 500+ log is certainly capable of a huge bench if training it. I'd bet 650 - 700 with some training. | ||

So have it Oct 2016 so they all have 6 months to prep. £500,000 prize money for winner, £200k for 2nd etc...100k for each new world record. Obviously you would need a rich fan to put the theoretical event on. Invite Z Ed Radz Malan Sarychev Brian Shaw Ray Williams Eric Lillebridge + 2 more Sort of like the arnold classic but for powerlifting and better prize money to encourage the strongmen to train for it. | ||

Arnold's and WSM are close together. Brian and Z don't generally do Euro's. That just leaves Ed and Radz missing it for one year for a big payout. | ||

With wraps 300x4. if we're talking raw with wraps I give Hall the edge on squat. I said Z will bench tons more with training. Hall has ridiculously strong legs, look how he pulls. It mirrors a leg press. With training for it I think Z vs Hall would be a fantastic match. Without specific training Hall would win by some margin like I said before. | ||
