Maybe he'd hit more than 420, but 420 is still over 90% of his world record.

A recent(ish) video of Z benching shows 250 touch and go, not easy, nothing to suggest he could pause it.
I can't see why Hall wouldn't get 450 strapless. He says he regularly works up to 420 without them and that's the most he can get on the bar.

The 250kg t&g from savickas is from years ago.
Also it was in his off phase.

I'm talking about a full meet here, if he has to squat and bench first that would be a factor.. then take away the briefs, hitch and the straps.. It all makes a difference..
