Going to run Day 1 - Beltless Russian masters 6x2 + Accessory Day 2 - Light Back Workout Day 3 - Bench Press Linear 5 week cycles Day 4 - Beltless Russian masters day 2 + Accessory Day 5 - Off Day 6 - Deadlift Linear 5 week cycles + Shoulders + Tricpes + Back Day 7 - Off Running that for 6 weeks while leaning out a bit then going to start lifting heavier. | ||
