Training Aims for 2013

Lift in the 95 to 100 kg Bracket

Total - 740-770 kg Unequipped in the 105 kg Class

Squat - 260+
Bench - 215-220
Deadlift - 310-315

Compete in Scottish and British Unequipped in the 105kg Class.

GHB Sit Ups - bw 3x10

Notes - Squats felt okay not the most fluid but much better than this time last year my conditioning is horrid and I have put on a good 2 or 3" of abdominal fat need to get my s**t together.

Deadlift sets nearly put me in my grave I hate coming back after not training.

I didn't want to start any sort of planned training since I only had half a week in the gym so I decided to just rid of the DOMS and getting back some lifting fitness by doing some higher rep stuff.

Fairly similar.

Going to run

Day 1 - Beltless Russian masters 6x2 + Accessory
Day 2 - Light Back Workout
Day 3 - Bench Press Linear 5 week cycles
Day 4 - Beltless Russian masters day 2 + Accessory
Day 5 - Off
Day 6 - Deadlift Linear 5 week cycles + Shoulders + Tricpes + Back
Day 7 - Off

Running that for 6 weeks while leaning out a bit then going to start lifting heavier.

Had lactic acid in my throat for a good hour afterwards and I did 2 sets, not the best. Cheers Neil.

Snatch from floor / hang

High hang snatch

70kg 10 to 15 sets of 2 I lost count

Snatch Pull x 2 into high hang snatch 5 sets

Fun but out of breath going to do more wieght lifting for a while see how I get on with it there is a decent group of lifters training in Leos at the minute might as well use them to get better while I can.

Can't see the snatch vid but hang snatch at 90 is sweet. The beltless squats looked good controlled and speedy
