2 mile run (took I think 32 mins?) I was running late so had to dash literally

Back Squat

180kg 6 sets of 2

GHB Sit Up - bw 4x10

Notes really pushed for time! took 20 mins to get through it.

Going home for the weekend unexpectidly so had to merdge today and tomorrows training.

bw - 98kg (this isn't going down but I am definitly getting leaner.... low carb how do you work)
