no really Irish Member 1196, 5908 posts SQ 312, BP 230, DL 320862.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | Monday - 16-Dec-2013 4.50am - 2 mile walk bw - 102.3 10 min streching Back Squat - was watching some video of some Russian 75-85 lifters and got some good angles of their squat stlye same as malanchiev's so I decided to give it a go. bar x 5 60 x 3 x 2 100 x 3 140 x 2 180 x 1 200 x 1 220 x 1 (pre Christmas beltless goal achieved) 240 x 1 (did something naughty to my left side on the way up if I wasn't using this squat style I wouldn't have finished the rep note to self don't go 10kg heavier than you have done in 6 months with a new squat style...) 60 x 5 (put the bar even lower) 100 x 5 x 5 Belt on and higher 140 x 3 160 x 2 (f**king easy!) 180 x 1 x 2 (easy as well but pushing it for today so stopped) RDL 100 x 10 x 5 Hanging Knee Raise bw x 10 x 3 WG Pull Ups BW x 5 x 3 | ||

Think this is going to be my competition squat style going forward the reps after the 240 were really good just need to take it easy for a few weeks. | ||
