Back Squat - was watching some video of some Russian 75-85 lifters and got some good angles of their squat stlye same as malanchiev's so I decided to give it a go.

240 x 1 (did something naughty to my left side on the way up if I wasn't using this squat style I wouldn't have finished the rep note to self don't go 10kg heavier than you have done in 6 months with a new squat style...)

Those are the heaviest weight's I am going to squat until the new year, I'm not going over 200 again this week will just build volume. Think this is going to be my competition squat style going forward the reps after the 240 were really good just need to take it easy for a few weeks.
