ive never had an injury before, but this injury is really effecting my training. and the pain is out of this world, im thinking something is torn inside. hope you heal mate. i dont know what to do, i cant even high bar squat now without messing up my shoulder!

did a 280kg squat for 2 reps tonight, but the c**t camera man some how managed to turn the camera off before the lift!! ow well will have to do it again

heres the 280kg squat, but the camera man turned it off before the lift!

my shoulder fuct up by doing really low bar squatting. ive raised the bar back to normal, was feeling great untill the 280kg!!

2 minute bike warm up, hamstring stretch

squat

bar 20kg 5 reps
60kg 5 reps
100kg 5 reps
140kg 3 reps
180kg 3 reps
220kg 2 reps with belt
260kg 2 reps with belt and knee wraps
280kg 2 reps with belt and knee wraps

shoulder was feeling okay up untill 280, and after i was in absolute agony!!! the pain is still killing now!!!

my back used to round, but i now ive slightly lowered bar and pushing my chest out and up. it doesnt round at the bottom of lift. ive noticed pushing my chest out puts my back into a more solid position all the way through the lift.

thought id see where im at on shoulders after not training them with the injury

axle clean and push press from shoulders

71kg 8 reps
91kg 6 reps
111kg 6 reps
121kg continental clean 4 reps

shoulder had pain in it after last set, but bareable

65kg dumbell clean and press

failed twice

close grip axle bench press

71kg 6 reps
111kg 5 reps
141kg 5 reps

bench press

100kg 5 reps
140kg 5 reps

320 is my best, should of went for 330 really. i need to get more reps on 300 for a 340 though
