Closed down mate, I've heard some class stories about that gym though!

Last night for the first time ever I went out and didn't drink. Being with really drunk people but being sober myself made me realise just how stupid drinking actually is. They were having a much better time than me though.

I should really be going out tonight as it was my last exam today and all my uni mates are going home this weekend but there is no way I'm not training tomorrow so I would have to not drink and get in early in order to have a good session, for this reason I'm gonna stay in and eat Jaffa cakes Happy

Ooops I meant 2005, sorry.

Wayne do you happen to know how much the log for reps weighed in the 2004 wsm final?

Wiegieboard said:Yeah that's happened in the past a couple of times. To be fair, a lot of work goes in to strength building. There's the time put in for pre workout food, travelling to training, training, cleaning up, eating again, recovery techniques and eating again as well as the things you sacrifice for adequate rest etc. Even when you're not doing the sport, you're resting or eating or preparing for it.

I think this is why a bad session might bother us like this. It's not just the time we invest but the effort as well.

This is spot on!

I hate bad sessions, I'll normally be in a bad mood until my next session, if that ones bad aswell then I get really annoyed and start to rethink my whole training, diet, life etc. PBs put me in an awesome mood though.

You could try stopping the bar yourself just before your chest, seems to work for Spoto!
