Missed training Thursday and Friday as well as Nancy hasn't slept well all week as Shannons been on antibiotics which have thrown Nancy's stomach off. Thankfully she slept really well Friday and is back on her routine now so got a great session in yesterday. So it's a jump with height and distance so you and over a box for example in one. I like jumps as a second exercise after a main lift, I find that gives me the most power. | |||

Had to miss a session Saturday annoyingly with an occular migraine or at least that seems to be the diagnosis. Got my full week in though last week thankfully! | |||
