Thanks wayne! It did seem pretty light, Pudz and Marunde were throwing it around like a toy.

Ooops I meant 2005, sorry.

Wayne do you happen to know how much the log for reps weighed in the 2004 wsm final?

Wiegieboard said:Yeah that's happened in the past a couple of times. To be fair, a lot of work goes in to strength building. There's the time put in for pre workout food, travelling to training, training, cleaning up, eating again, recovery techniques and eating again as well as the things you sacrifice for adequate rest etc. Even when you're not doing the sport, you're resting or eating or preparing for it.

I think this is why a bad session might bother us like this. It's not just the time we invest but the effort as well.

This is spot on!

I hate bad sessions, I'll normally be in a bad mood until my next session, if that ones bad aswell then I get really annoyed and start to rethink my whole training, diet, life etc. PBs put me in an awesome mood though.

I'm listening to Fongs youtube video commentary and it is quite entertaining.

You could try stopping the bar yourself just before your chest, seems to work for Spoto!

It was a pretty standard metal one last year I think so hopefully a big record!

It's the best I've ever seen in person that's for sure and I used to watch the Celtics in the states. They were super awesome. Obviously in a game there's much more pressure than in practice but it's still off the hook. My dad used to play basketball and was pretty good but I was always gash and preferred Basketbrawl when I played in school. I've always been really really bad at shooting hoops.

It's such a good sport, celtics are cool as f**k! Im currently trying to dunk but my race/height/weight are against me haha. You should play more Happy

The Glasgow Rocks practice at my facility. It's off the hook getting to watch those guys play. 10 baskets in a row from the half way line etc. Absolutely mental stuff!

10 in a row! That's pretty damn good

I have seen better bball skills but not bad.

Wiegieboard said:Hi Ross. Unfortunately the hours of the palace just don't allow me to train. It's my first choice location in Glasgow and the home to many many good sessions and memories. When I started training there I was so ill that doing a set of 5 squats brought on asthma attacks and left me actually bedridden. I worked my way back up to reasonable health again and may even have gotten a little stronger than the average Joe Happy I'll still try and get in to train from time to time but for now, I need to be where I can get access to and to where's cheap.

Nick. That's a cool as f**k thing you did there. I keep my eye on camper prices and van prices weekly as well as keep my eye on the mechanical side of it via some enthusiasts who post on youtube. I actually plan to do this myself one day. I just understand that I need plenty of cash put by to do it. You've got balls doing the things you do. I like your balls. Your big, hairy balls.

I took two minutes out today to do this little basketball vid that I said I'd do. Surprised I can do any of the stuff right off the bat haha. might start practicing again and have some fun.
