Thanks Neil, it did go more chill. I hit 330x5 on Saturday and then 345x5 since then for a juicy PB. I was actually going to stop logging training as there isn't much benefit to me doing it it seems and Sugden is long past dead. I barely keep up with it anyway so the proof is in the pudding. However, having said that I want this to be a log of going from novice to WSM winner and I'm not there yet. Having read through guys like Hixxys and Tom Martins log back to front at least twice over I always thought it would be cool to get all the training all the way through a career. So I will persevere and call it my new year's resolution to log more consistently. I will start with yesterdays and try and get everything down even if it's just numbers with no comments. | |||

Wednesday Hang power snatch 105 4x3 Deadlift suited 330x1 and left it there Electrics in our kitchen tripped on Monday so been without hot water and most cooking appliances since then, got an electrician to sort it this morning but I think a bit of stress, being knocked off my routine and not eating as much this last couple of days just got on top of me. 330 moved fairly well but I knew I didn't have 5 in me so left it at 1 and will go again Saturday fully fuelled and relaxed! | |||
