And if any one knows of a solid wrist wrap that gives no movement or as minimal movement as possible id be greatly appreciated as this might help isolate my bad wrist better.

**This is the one thats going to cause a few problems i can squeeze out a few reps on the big log but the rolling motion causes alot of pain in my bad wrist**

Keep going mate my training partner is 57 and hes always improving he just hit a PB on Thursday pulling a 150kg deadlift and his goal for this year is to strict a 100kg overhead.
