Happy to see the sprint work in there
What would you have done at 200? Reason I ask is I'm hitting it soon.

I can only imagine how annoying it would be exercising beside a man doing 50 medicine ball slams...

Beltless rm 120/2x6 5th was sweetdeads 160/1 belt on 180/5
Not as sexy as id of liked. But 4 more reps than I could do 5 weeks ago and more than I did when I hurt my back weeks ago. Going to take the weight down and do a routine now
beltless deads 140/5/5/6/5/5
Shrug 140/180/200/210x10

Never did anything exciting for my 200th either. Good to hear your reps are building, and that you're still doing your prehab/rehab work.
