Focus on lower body lifts obviously. I'd personally drop back squats completely at some point, say 8 weeks out and do.... more deadlifts.

Leg and Back days for me are very much Squat and Deadlift focussed, I do very little assistance and it seems to have worked for me.

The secret to a better Deadlift is more Deadlifts! Grin

Personally I'd be ramping up the upper back assistance too, lots of heavy rows.

Definitely this.

Plus lots of speed/technique work.

what comp is this - GPC aren't you?
if it's euros you haven't got a lot of time left - so I'd not change stuff radically for 8 weeks - just cut volume right down on other lifts and up deadlifting accordingly - add another session working on some extra assistance (e.g. good mornings, stiff legs).

I have a push/pull coming up in 10 weeks. Should I drop squats altogether or just the intensity!

Unless medically incapable for some reason, no one should ever drop squats altogether.

To the OP... I would (and have) just approach it the same as any other comp, just train as you would normally
