Monkey where and when in Leeds ?

Cheers rob the volume works well for me as it restricts the weight I can use top end I kno 127 on squats isn't impressive buts worth bearing in mind at strongest ever I was only working with 140 so I'm not that far behind and quite abit lighter

Yes Dom I'm planning a mini meet type session in around 6 weeks to test everything and I hope to hit

great finish to my second block moving into the 3rd block of 4 Tuesday and more volume to come really looking forward to the next 3 weeks then a down session an a test session in my final block very excited to see if I can hit all my targets
