Thanks mate really been taking things more seriously lately and really thinking about about my training and the best way to progress I really want to push my lifts to the next level next year Iv stood still for years and ppl have caught up Iv drank too much Iv not trained 100% and Iv been punished in and out of comps for it 2016 will be different
