Cheers mate I'm hoping to continue my squat improvement it's felt really good lately same with the bench my deadlift feels all over the place tho

hunting the 120 bench down with vengeance lately still not quite time to loa it up but soon also trying a new approach with the deadlift dropping the weights and building up coan/phillipi style to try get back to hitting 250 easily
