Life is very busy ATM Paul a new position at work sees me starting at 11:30am and finishing at 10pm lol so fitting these sessions in is hard I have my goals lift wise but competing is off the table so far this year I think I have a weekend off at the back end of this month if your free we can get a session in

Cool, just let me know when you're ready to rock Wink I quit my job in December, was heading towards another mental breakdown if I carried on so just quit. Going to go into personal training soon, but taking some time off to do work on our house first.
