Cheers matey iv been really busy with a new job making some huge lifestyle changes etc and honestly just haven't had time to make training a priority as well as getting my hip fixed properly this time and taking the proper time to rehab myself I feel ready to run my old routines and get some good returns Happy

Just took some time off to get fully healed up found it hard to get fired up last 3 months over training but hopefully once the gains come so will my fire
