this is the 2nd set of 180s i tried to keep better postion but due to upper back fatigue and my horribly long torso it was quite hard although the weights moved well Happy

good session loads of work put in there really happy with the progression in 10 or so weeks iv made things have been hard working nights and now moving into a new postion within work is making time to train very hard but the grind goes on and i still feel like im improving each session which is good

took afew days off as my new position at work means i start in the morning and finsh at nigh so obviously the big sessions arnt viable at the moment so im going to split the sessions and train over 6 days so it will look like this

this session was the realization tht i have to knock things back the new job role is too demanding and too time consuming to keep peaking towards some big numbers as from monday i will restart my cycle from the beginning in hope tht i can taper up again being more adjusted

the main factor in this session is i didnt feel strong i was trying to convince myself that i was smashing the weights were in reality i was just scraping by with weights that 2 weeks ago were easy for me upset isnt the word more weight loss could be a factor and lots of stress also who knows but i will re analyze and adjust everything to be back better
