My right (wrong) knee is the worst it has been bothering me for a few years, many things I avoid dancing biking rowing squatting kneeling etc etc. It is part the reason I have packed up rowing in past seasons.

I've started using 135 DF for the AN work and that feels like plenty, I may increase it a little for one off sprints rather than intervals but I don't think it would be by much. Nice 500m pace

JLL, if only we knew someone on here that did the kind of thing! The last house we bought the agent showing us around rather liked it and became our tenant so at present his firm are favourites to look after them for us. In the long term to achieve our desired piece of the goodlife we will probably have to sell all, I am sure the tax situation will be an arse. (have not looked into it yet but rarely is anything easy)

i think i have got whats called housemaids knee in my right one ...i cannot kneel on it , but apart from that i think i have been lucky, sending northern good vibrations to your knees.

Nice 500s! How far off full speed was the first rep? I'm guessing the second rep was there or thereabouts?

JLL, all my "fast 500's" have been done with SR high 40's or over also with higher drag, that said rep1 was close to max @36spm I have just been trying a few tweaks to see what MIGHT work best. Rep2 was pretty tough but again the SR was relatively low.

Today I have attempted to get back on the programme, I ditched the HR monitor and went easy.
