thanks milsy Happy i thought you might enjoy the music choice as well, maybe?

i don't know what is wrong with my pec. a few weeks ago on my 1rm attempt of 128.5kg (which i got) it just suddenly started hurting with no warning. it never bruied or anything. anyway so today i went super close grip and tucked elbows in and on 70kg it was fine then 100kg it started hurting so i didn't take it further.

Are you sure it's the pec and not something else where abouts on the pec is it I once got an injury dead lifting I inflamed the joint that GPS from the coller bone to the sternum at least I think that's where it goes I'm not clued up on medical terms anyway it popped one day dead lifting at lock out and only ever hurt when I benched a few week off worked wonders

it feels fine when i deadlift. its kind of near my armpit but im pretty sure its pec
