Weak training is still training. Member 63, 260 posts SQ 135, BP 110, DL 195440.0 kgs @ 78kgs UnEq | Is 18" above or below the knee on the average man?

left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | well below. And at the moment my 18 inch deadlift is LOWER than my full deadlift Some people can pull loads like that because they slide their legs under the bar and just pull the bar across their thighs. But if you use it as a deadlift assistance exercise you should just stick to keeping the shins close to the bar from the start and go like you would normally go on deadlifts. Great exercise! Kills your lower back!

some nice relaxing jazz. Member 77, 12599 posts SQ 265, BP 165, DL 280710.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | I think people are right in that you would'nt want too mnay odd lifts cluttering up the page. Maybe Rob could come up with 5-8 ideas and then everyone could vote for the one they would like to see up? The 2-3 with most votes could be posted up? Democracy in action!!

If you strongman guys decide what exact details you want for each then we'll add them. Anybody got any opinions on whether to have 18" DL or above knee rack pull?
