J the PB Chart is automated mate - just go to http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/forum.php?a=pbchart and you'll see a 'join/update' field next to each chart - get those (very nice) lifts posted there!

Thanks Icepick, i have to admit that most of those pb's were set a good while ago, but when all said and done they are my pb's. Hoping to get somewhere near some of them in the relatively near future, most likely to fall will be front squat, press, push press not necessarily in that orderHappy

I was thinking of getting rid of that one and the weighted pull-ups, don't seem to be very popular and they're not really hardcore max out movements. Anybody think otherwise before I break Alex's heart?
